Payment Assist Terms & Conditions

Runcorn Motor Bodies Ltd is pleased to offer eligible customers the option to spread the cost of vehicle repairs using Payment Assist.

By choosing this payment option, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Finance Provider

Payment Assist is provided by Payment Assist Ltd, an independent finance provider authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Any finance agreement is made directly between you and Payment Assist, not Runcorn Motor Bodies Ltd.

2. Eligibility

Finance is subject to eligibility, affordability and approval by Payment Assist. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and additional checks may be required depending on the value of the agreement.

3. Available Finance Options

Eligible customers may be able to spread the cost of repairs over available interest-free payment plans offered by Payment Assist. Available repayment terms are subject to change and will be confirmed during your application.

4. Repair Work

Approval for finance does not alter the scope of repair work agreed between you and Runcorn Motor Bodies Ltd. Repair estimates, timescales and warranties remain subject to our standard business terms.

5. Payments

All repayments are made directly to Payment Assist in accordance with your finance agreement. Runcorn Motor Bodies Ltd is not responsible for collecting finance repayments or managing your payment schedule.

6. Missed Payments

Failure to make repayments may result in additional charges and could affect your credit profile where applicable. Please ensure any finance you take is affordable before entering into an agreement.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Where a repair is cancelled or a refund is applicable, any adjustment to your finance agreement will be handled in accordance with Payment Assist’s procedures. Please contact us in the first instance so we can assist with the process.

8. Privacy

If you choose to apply for Payment Assist, certain personal information will be shared with Payment Assist solely for the purpose of processing your finance application. Your information will be handled in accordance with both our Privacy Policy and Payment Assist’s Privacy Policy.

9. Further Information

For full details of your finance agreement, repayment schedule and your rights as a customer, please refer to the documentation supplied by Payment Assist before accepting any finance agreement.

Important: Finance is subject to status and affordability. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and be UK residents. Terms and conditions apply. Runcorn Motor Bodies Ltd acts as an introducer to Payment Assist and is not the lender.
