Simply call in any time between 8.30am and 5:30pm for your free estimate. The next step is to register your claim with your insurer and obtain your "claim reference number" it is important you inform your insurer that you have already chosen your repairer. Do not allow yourself to be bullied into using a repairer that you are either unhappy with using or is inconvenient for any reason. As the policyholders you have absolute control over who repairs your vehicle not your insurer.
